For assistance with orders such as late delivery, missing items, cancelled orders, etc please contact Uber Eats support here. You can also contact Uber directly via your account. Please go to the 'Order' tab on the bottom of the app, then select the correct transaction. From there, select 'Get help'. Or, if you are on a computer, go straight to the 'Help' button and follow the prompts. You will then be able to live chat with an agent.
