For assistance with orders such as late delivery, missing items, cancelled orders, etc please contact DoorDash support here. Or, in the app, select the 'Orders' tab from the bottom bar. Select the order you are enquiring about, then select 'Help'. Under the 'Order issues' section, select the issue(s) that apply.

For less urgent feedback about an order from a Concept Eight restaurant, please contact us here. Make sure to include the following information to help us respond as efficiently as possible:
- The restaurant brand
- The location
- The date and time when you placed the order.
