If you miss out on scanning the barcode of your 'card' when ordering, you can claim your points here. You'll need your receipt. The claim can be submitted from the day after the date of the order.
- Sign in to your Ate Rewards account
- Choose Claim Missing Points from the menu
- Enter the details from your receipt into the form:
- Location
- Purchase Date
- Purchase Time
- Sale ID (may be listed as the receipt number)
- Sale Total
- Press Claim Receipt.
You will receive an email advising that the claim has been successful.
